which would they rather get bombarded with "silly string" or "water balloons"???

Well, they do! But not PERSONALLY.. because we're just fans.. and one day we messaged them and asked them if they were willing to do a Q&A and they said, yeah mesage us questions and we'll try to answer them. But I guess the questions got lost in their millions of messages.

I know they do get a lot of message. Travis had told me that If I need to send them anything in a message is had a better chance of being answered if you send it to one of their personal myspaces. I know Danny reads his. He doens't respond all the time but he at least reads them. I think Hunter does too. Travis hardly gets on his myspace. And well Drew doens't even add people!!!!

we did take the questions to the band. at first, it was a message telling them about the forum. they ended up checking it out, and telling me they loved it. well, someone did.

We really appreciate u guys spreadin the word fo sho! I just checked out ur site an other than the naked man pic, it looked pretty awesome! u know we always appreciate all u do and pretty amazing u have so many posts already =] but we barely have time to just do our page u know?! had to skip pages for the 1st time EVER just to try and get it under control.. 150 pages of just messages.. =] not complainin tho!

then it was asking if they could make it an "official" forum and support it with a banner on their page, and the mystery person said that they weren't sure, due to legal reasons, etc, but they would work on it, and they said they'd be happy to answer questions for us.

The questions and possible the banner sound do-able.. and one at a time would b cool.. wont take an hour to answer 20.. we try not to skip any messages, but it may happen at some point, so if u ask and we dont reply, just ask again, k? =] as for the banner, I dont personally add stuff, but I can see that happening possibly.. gotta run it by the guys.. might be some legal/label thing stopping it, but we'll look into it! thanks again for all u do! u rock =]

the person ended up answering some of the questions, but after that, they just kinda stopped replying to stuff, maybe because they got so many messages it was hard to keep up with our's. i'm not sure who i was talking to, but whoever it was obviously didn't really share it with the rest of the guys. but i promise you, the questions were sent to them.

I have no doubt the questions were sent. I guess when it comes down to it, it all depends on which person on the other end is reading the messages. nad yeah I can imagine they get so many they can't keep up with them. Especially when they are on tour, they hardly have time to breath, let alone read meggages from fans. I was just posting the dates of their LHDC tour on the Valencia fan site I have (www.myspace.com/awayigo1616) (shameless plug)!!!! and from March 26th to May 1st, they have 7 days off!!! Not alot of time for themselves. and then they will be doing Bamboozle and Warped. man those guys are busy!!!!
