Here's my Bamboozle, Danny story!!!!

So Bamboozle was May 3-4. Knowing that Danny's birthday was May 9th, I figured I would have to take his gift along with to Bamboozle in hopes that I could get it to him. They were scheduled to play on Sun. so when I was leaving Sat. nite I asked one of the security guards if they would let me the next day with a gift bag. cuz they are very tight when it comes to bags and shit. Well after I explained what was all in the gift, the lady told me that my best bet was to come the next day, got to gate E which is where you can take stuff for the bands. Well I really didn't want to take the chance that the gift would disappear, so I decided to just let it in the car.

So me and my daughter went in. Only saw the guys walking around once, and at that they were in a hurry so all I had time for was a quick hug from them all . That was it. We got lucky for their set, cuz right before they played, FTSK played that same stage and by the time the crowd was done pushing and shoving and then some left, I got barricade!!!!!!!!

Well we had to wait for the band on the stage right next to this one to get done and the whole time waiting I could see the guys setting up and shit!! So of course their set killed . They just owned Bamboozle that day!!

So we went to buy me a red WTK hoodie, got to meet Charlie.... He's pretty cool. So when we were ready to leave, I explained to Charlie about the gift and if he knew if the guys were gonna be coming back and I could just have Danny come out to my car with me to give it to him. Well he tried to get a hold of T-Fair but no luck. So I was very sad that I had to leave without getting the gift to him.

Well the next morning, Monday, we got ready to leave. I knew that I had to get gas before heading on the 2 hr trip. The gas station I went to was only 2 blocked down the road from the hotel. So as I'm pulling in, I see a band van. Of course I'm wondering what band it could be, of all the many, many bands it could be. Well I guess you know where I'm going with this. Yep, it was WTK!!!!!! . I just happen to see Chalie walking around the van and I yelled to Vik, OMG it's WTK!! I stopped the car so fast, got out, got the gift out the back, ran across to the van. I'm waving my arms in the air, pounded on the front of their van...It was so funny! Bill Doc got out and said "Hey what's up" . I said I was so happy to see them cuz I had Danny's bday gift. Next thing I hear all these voices yelling for Danny to get out!! So he gets out of the van. I give him the gift bag. He looks in it and luvs everything. I got him a football, which he said was perfect, a frisbee, a paddleball, that he said he was gonna play with it all day, a deck of cards, 2 bags of Skittles, that he said he really isn't allergic to, and a giant candy necklace. When he saw that he said "I am so wearing this tonite"!!! I really hope he did.

He just kept thanking me for the gift. He also told me that he saw that I was right up front for their set......Who knew that he would notice me of all the peope there!!!! Then I said to him that I would see him at Warped and he looked at me and said "You promise??" I was like of course I do!!!!! I was literally in tears when I was driving away from getting gas. That just made my whole weekend. Even though my daughter forgot to bring the camera over to the van...... Oh well. At least I can actually remember it!! hahaha

Oh BTW, Danny was wearing the new green striped Glamour Kills hoodie with the pig on it, and he just must have gotten a shower cuz his hair was wet.......

Truely amazing.

I PROBZ WOULD HAVE FLIPPED A SHIT AND CRIED.
It's just how I always do.

I really was crying as I was driving away. I could hardly see the road........But I was laughing at the same time!!!! It was just such a great memory to have......

Oh yeah. I think Danny and I had a moment there!!!!! LOL
